POSTNATAL STRENGTH COURSES

Throughout the year I run 6-week courses in Worcester Park, Surbiton & Thames Ditton designed for postnatal women to rebuild strength after pregnancy & birth.

The progressive courses are run in local gyms and follow a programme designed with the postnatal body in mind. We work on rebuilding the strength lost in areas during pregnancy such as core, glutes and hamstrings and focus on exercises to build strength and stamina for motherhood. The class also focusses on pelvic floor, balance, posture and breathing.

All equipment is provided and babies are welcome to join the class. NCT groups are welcome. Classes are also suitable for prenatal women. Postnatal women must have had their 6-8 week GP check and have the all clear for exercise.
